John Rice

John Rice is an experienced management consultant and executive coach with a career spanning several decades in various leadership roles. Currently serving as an Advisor at Sandhill Consulting Group, LLC since April 2000, John focuses on helping private middle market and lower-middle market businesses grow and prepare for the future. Prior roles include Leader Coach and Senior Consultant at Right Management, where John coached corporate executives, and VP of Operations at Dematic North America. Additionally, John has held senior positions in multiple organizations, including Chief Operating Officer at InnoWare and SVP Operations at ePAC and SalesLink. John holds an MBA in Business from Marquette University and began their educational journey at Leo High School.
