Andrew Dubois

Andrew Dubois is an experienced executive currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Chief of Staff at Seek since January 2021. Additionally, Andrew holds the position of Operating Partner and Advisory Partner at Sand Hill East, a role maintained since October 2020. As an advisor at Rythan since August 2018 and formerly Chief Operating Officer at Tulco Labs from February 2018 to September 2020, Andrew contributed to the company's acquisition by Acrisure in 2020. Andrew’s extensive career began at UBS, where Andrew served as Executive Director from June 2003 to February 2018. Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
