Alfred Lorber

Agile SME at Sandia Corporation

Alfred Lorber is a distinguished Agile Subject Matter Expert (SME) and Agile Coach at Sandia National Laboratories, where employment commenced in June 2001. In various roles, including the co-lead of the Agile Realization Office and Agile Community of Practice, Alfred has significantly contributed to the implementation and enhancement of Agile processes and technologies, particularly within the context of the SAFe Agile Release Train. Prior to Sandia, Alfred worked as a Scientific Software Developer at ExxonMobil, contributing to the development of the EMpower reservoir simulator, and as a Research Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin while pursuing a Ph.D. in Aerospace Engineering. Alfred also holds a Master's degree from Penn State University and a Bachelor's degree from The University of Texas at Austin, both in Aerospace Engineering.
