Amanda Abanilla, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Amanda started their career at Siemens Industry, Inc as a Software Test Engineer and later held roles as Software Test Lead, ISO Coordinator, and Software Project Engineer. Amanda then transitioned into a Senior Program Manager role at Siemens Industry, Inc. After working at Siemens for several years, Amanda joined Cash Processing Solutions Ltd as a Senior Project Manager. In this role, they successfully managed and delivered various engineering development projects, collaborated with multiple departments and stakeholders, and implemented effective project management tools and techniques. Amanda later joined Bank of America as an Information Technology Program Manager before moving on to their current role as a Principal Project Manager at Sandia National Laboratories. With a track record of successfully delivering large and complex projects, Amanda demonstrates a strong ability to lead and manage projects across different industries.
Amanda Abanilla, PMP, holds a Master of Science degree from the University of North Texas, completed between 1998 and 1999. Amanda also earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Angelo State University, which they obtained between 1994 and 1998. Before pursuing their higher education, Amanda attended Lamar High School. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute in 2006 and became a Teacher Of Middle-Level Mathematics certified by the State of Texas in 1998.
