Angie Vanarsdale

Angie VanArsdale has extensive work experience in various roles related to learning and development. Angie started their career at the University of New Mexico as an Adjunct Professor from 2009 to 2013. Angie then joined Presbyterian Healthcare Services, where they held multiple positions, including Director of Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness and Manager of Leadership Development & Organizational Effectiveness. Angie'stime at Presbyterian Healthcare Services spanned from 2004 to 2015. Currently, Angie is working at Sandia National Laboratories as the Chief Learning Officer, a position they have held since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Manager of Talent Management & Development at Sandia National Laboratories from 2015 to 2022.

Angie VanArsdale obtained a B.A. in Communications Public Relations from Kansas Newman University, where they studied from 1993 to 1995. Angie also pursued Communication and Media Studies at Bethel College-North Newton. Angie later earned an M.A. in Organizational Learning and Instructional Technologies from the University of New Mexico. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications, including being a Certified Dialogue Works Facilitator, Certified Knowledge Manager, Certified Organizational Development Consultant, Certified Personalysis Consultant, Certified Professional Career Coach, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and Prosci Change Practitioner.
