December Cowen

December Cowen, MBA, is an accomplished R&D Science and Engineering Manager at Sandia National Laboratories, where expertise has been applied since October 2018, following a role as R&D Engineer. Previous experience includes serving as Director of Sales Operations at BayWa r.e. Solar Systems LLC and establishing a Product Management Department at UNIRAC, Inc., which resulted in significant business growth and market expansion.
