Erin Dukes Guers

Erin Dukes Guers, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Erin currently serves as Principal HR Business Partner at Sandia National Laboratories starting in 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Lockheed Martin as a Staff HR Business Partner from 2017 to 2021, where they provided HR strategies and support to the Engineering department. Before that, Erin worked at Coatesville Area School District as an HR Generalist from 2015 to 2017, overseeing recruitment efforts and new employee onboarding. Erin also gained experience at Victory Brewing Company from 2013 to 2015, handling HR and payroll coordination, as well as serving as a server and trainer. Erin's earliest work experience was at Potstickers Asian Grill, where they worked as a Bar Manager and Bartender from 2006 to 2013, showcasing their skills in management, organization, and customer service.

Erin Dukes Guers, PHR, obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music, Piano and Voice from the University of Delaware in 2008. In 2015, they completed their Master's of Public Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from HRCI in April 2015.
