Max Dubroff

Max Dubroff is a seasoned HR professional and organizational leader with extensive experience in various management roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Solutions (Shared Services) and Senior Manager of Operating Systems Excellence at Sandia National Laboratories since May 2016, Max has successfully led a team of 56 HR professionals, improving processes and customer satisfaction amidst increased workload. Prior to this, Max held positions at influencing organizations such as Einfluss, LLC as an author and speaker, and served as HR Director at Buy for Le$$, where significant enhancements to health benefit programs were achieved. With over 20 years of service in the United States Air Force, culminating as Squadron Commander, Max has developed a robust educational foundation with degrees from the United States Air Force Academy, Golden Gate University, and Air University, specializing in psychology, human resource management, and military operational arts.
