Armel Francisco has extensive work experience in the field of information security and risk management. Armel currently holds the position of Information Security & Risk Management - North America Lead at Sandoz since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Swiss Re, where they held several roles, including Chief Information Security Officer & IT Business Partner Americas, Director - Senior Vice President; Head of L&H IT Office, and Lead Chief Information Security Office - Center of Expertise (CISO CoE) & CISO Americas at Swiss Re. Armel also has experience as a Manager in financial services and insurance at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, LLC, as well as at KPMG / Bearing Point. Armel began their career at Prudential Financial, where they worked as a Manager overseeing strategic initiatives.

Armel Francisco holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Columbia Business School, with a focus on Finance. Armel also earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Computer Science from Columbia University - Columbia College.
