Joshua Richards

Joshua Richards began their work experience in 2008 as an IT Intern at Firmenich. In 2010, they worked as a Technical Operations Finance Intern at Bristol-Myers Squibb. A year later, in 2011, they interned as an FRA Intern at Sandoz. From 2012 onwards, Joshua joined Sandoz full-time, starting as a Business Analyst and progressing through various roles, including Lead Analyst, Manager of FP&A, Associate Director of FP&A, Director of FP&A, and currently serving as the Head of Business Planning & Analysis for North America.

Joshua Richards completed a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics and Mathematics at the University of Rochester from 2008 to 2012. Joshua later pursued a Master's degree in Finance at the University of Rochester - Simon Business School from 2013 to 2014.
