Paul Adang

Paul Adang currently serves as the Head of People & Organization Europe at Sandoz, a position held since July 2023. Prior to this role, Paul held various senior positions at Novartis from October 2020 to July 2023, including Global Head of People & Organization Transforming for Growth and Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Integrated Workforce Management. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Lonza, where Paul was Corporate Head of Talent Management & Organizational Development and Senior Vice President for Global Human Resources among other positions from September 2005 to February 2013. Earlier career experience encompasses roles at GE Healthcare and General Electric Healthcare focused on managing Human Resources in multiple regions. Paul completed an Executive Development Program in Business from GIBS University of Pretoria and holds a Post-University degree in Training & Development from the University of Groningen.
