Selin Acar

Selin Acar is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a People Partner at Sandoz since January 2023. Prior to this role, Selin held the position of Talent Acquisition Specialist at Nestlé from August 2020 to January 2023, and worked as a Consultant at HUMANERA Consulting from February 2018 to August 2020. At HUMANERA, a boutique recruitment company, Selin contributed to attracting and selecting high-performing candidates for critical roles. Earlier experience includes serving as a Research Associate at TRANSEARCH International Turkey from February 2015 to February 2018, where involvement in executive search was key. Selin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Koç University, obtained between 2009 and 2014.
