Samuel Alcantara

Samuel Alcantara currently serves as a Food and Beverage Captain at Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill and at Londoner Court with Sands China since February 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Corporate Head for Bar Development and Audit at The Tipsy Pig and Reserve Gastro Tavern and Liquor Lounge from February 2021 to February 2023. Samuel's career at Sands China began in June 2018 as a Food and Beverage Bartender, following earlier positions as a Bartender at Sofitel and various establishments, including Sage Tapas Bar and Prohibition Liquor Lounge. Samuel holds a Bachelor's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management from Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 2008 and 2012.
