Tom Connolly is an accomplished hospitality executive with extensive experience in food and beverage operations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Sands China since October 2017, Tom has held various leadership roles including Chief Executive Officer at Eclipse Hospitality Group and Director of Group Food and Beverage and Merchandising Operations at The Peninsula Hotels. Previous positions include Corporate Director of Food and Beverage at Emaar Hospitality Group and Vice President - Food and Beverage at Wynn Macau, among others. Tom began a career in hospitality management after completing education at Castleknock College and Dublin College of Catering.
