Donavan Stinson

Donavan Stinson has a long and varied work experience. In 2020, they were a SandTech Solutions / DOD Lead Process Engineer / Project Director / Lessons Learned Program Manager. In 2019, they were a Trulite Glass and Aluminum Solutions Plant Quality Assurance/Safety Director, driving high quality products, on time delivery and ensuring a safe environment for employees while reducing waste through Continuous Process Improvements and Lean practices. From 1992 to 2019, they held a variety of roles with the United States Air Force, including Superintendent, 2d MUNS, Armament Systems Flight Chief, 74th Weapons Section Chief, 455th EAMXS Production Superintendent, Wing Inspector General, Armament Maintenance NCOIC, Armament Floor Chief, Flightline Expiditer, Weapons Team Chief/Expiditer, Quality Assurance Inspector, Armament Shop Floor Chief, and Armament CAST member.

Donavan Stinson has a diverse educational background ranging from a Bachelor's degree in Quality Management from Southwestern College to a Diversity and Inclusion Yellow Belt Certification from Six Sigma Global Institute. In 2021, they obtained a Certified Project Director from Institute of Project Management and a Certified Project Master and Certified Project Professional from the same institute. In 2020, they earned a Scrum Master from Six Sigma Global Institute. In 2019, they obtained an OSHA 30 Hour Certification from 360 Training and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Process Improvement from Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. In 2018 and 2019, they received a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from Six Sigma Global Institute. In 2009 to 2011, they earned an Associates of Science in Aircraft Armament Systems Technology from Community College of the Air Force. In 2021, they earned a Certified Project Officer from DOL Coach.
