Miguel Figueroa

Miguel Figueroa is an experienced industrial engineer with a career spanning over 19 years, primarily focused on process engineering and continuous improvement strategies. Currently serving as a Process and Documentation Specialist at Sandvik since July 2015, Miguel has also held roles as Process Engineer Lead and Lean Process Engineer, where responsibilities include securing sustainability in Lean initiatives across The Americas. Previous experience includes a role as Product Engineer at ASSA ABLOY Door Security Solutions, where $250,000 MXN annual savings were achieved through VA/VE methodology, and as Fabrication Engineer at VALSI Agrícola Industrial, where Miguel implemented CNC machinery training and Total Productive Maintenance Plans.
