Prior to Cisco, they worked in management roles at Ebttikar Technology Company, Al-Faisaliah Group, GE, and Perfect Solutions for Computer Systems. In these positions, they focused on enterprise sales, e-commerce, and program management.

Khaled also earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering with Honors from the same university.
