Lothar Jakobs

Lothar Jakobs has extensive work experience in the telecommunications industry. Lothar is currently serving as the Regional VP Customer Success, Americas at Sandvine. Prior to that, they worked at Amdocs as the Charter, AT&T Prepaid Managed Services Delivery & Account Director. Lothar also held the position of AVP Operations APAC at Redknee. Lothar served as the Head of BSS and CRM at ST Telemedia and as the Regional VP Services at Openet. Lothar has also worked as a Solution Architect at Convergys (now Netcracker). Lothar's career began as an Account Manager at LHS Telekommunikation.

Lothar Jakobs holds a Master's degree in Electronics and Computer Science from the Technische Universität Darmstadt. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as "Introduction to Prompt Engineering for Generative AI" from LinkedIn in 2023 and "Certified ScrumMaster" from Scrum Alliance in 2018.
