Aaron M. Kaslow

Aaron Kaslow is an experienced Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Chief Administrative Officer at Sandy Spring Bank, with a background in representing companies in the financial services industry in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, and regulatory matters. Prior to their current role, Aaron was a partner at Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP for over a decade, where Aaron worked with banks, fintech companies, and insurance industry businesses. Aaron also served as a partner at Muldoon Murphy & Aguggia LLP. Aaron holds a JD from Yale Law School and a BA in Philosophy from Yale University.
