Farid Saei Hamedani

Farid Saei Hamedani, MD, FCAP, is a lead pathologist specializing in gastrointestinal and hepatobiliary pathology at Sanford Health since July 2019, where also serves as the technical director for the histology and immunohistochemistry laboratory. Previously, Farid completed a gynecologic pathology fellowship at The University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine and a gastrointestinal, pancreas, and hepatobiliary pathology fellowship at the University of Miami Miller School of Medicine. Medical training includes a residency in anatomic and clinical pathology at the University of Illinois at Chicago and at Loma Linda University Medical Center. Farid earned a Doctor of Medicine degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences.
