Tom Zike

Tom Zike has a diverse work experience spanning several decades. Tom is currently the President of Sanford Rose Associates - The Zike Group, a prominent executive search firm specializing in the Long Term Care and Senior Living marketplace. Prior to this, they served as the President & Owner of Recruiters for Health Care Professionals Inc., overseeing a nationwide executive search and recruiting firm focused on the Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, and Hospice industries. In the past, they were the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Harmonic Design Inc. and the President & Owner of Zike's Fitness & Aerobic Company Inc. Tom began their career as a Zoology Teacher & Head Swimming Coach at Lawrence Central High School.

Tom Zike holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Indiana University Bloomington.
