With over thirty years of experience as a practicing attorney, Fred specializes in corporate transactions and the capitalization of companies, energy-related project development, and finance and dispute resolution. Since 2007, his energy related project experience has been acting as lead development counsel in both utility scale and distributed projects using renewable technologies and fuel cells. Fred holds a B.A. from Amherst College, a M.A. from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, and a Juris Doctorate from Georgetown University Law School.
