Miranda Anschau (Burnes) is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in supporting organizational people strategies. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Sanitarium since February 2016, Miranda collaborates with business leaders and provides coaching and support on HR matters. Previously, as a Human Resources Coordinator, Miranda offered HR guidance to managers and employees regarding contracts and agreements. Prior experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at Employment Innovations, where Miranda handled a high volume of HR and payroll inquiries for clients in various industries. Miranda holds a Bachelor of Business in Human Resources and Organisational Management and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from the University of Newcastle, completed between 2011 and 2013.
