Kristina Rayner

Kristina Rayner is a seasoned groundwater statistician with over 20 years of experience in the field. Currently serving as a consultant at Groundwater Stats Consulting since April 2017, Kristina specializes in statistical analyses for Subtitle C and D facilities, particularly for electric utilities under the Coal Combustion Residual Rule. As a contractor with Southern Company since October 2014, Kristina leads groundwater statistical efforts for ash ponds and landfills subject to state and federal regulations across Alabama, Georgia, Gulf, and Mississippi. Additionally, Kristina has been a groundwater statistician and project manager at Sanitas Technologies since September 1997, where responsibilities include consulting for landfills and the utility industry, co-teaching a course on applied groundwater statistics, and contributing to statistical software development. Kristina holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from Colorado State University, earned between 1993 and 1997.
