Jitendra Tiwari has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jitendra started their career in 1993 as a Lab Assistant at Medi Caps Ltd. After three years, they joined the Indian Army and held various roles, including Materials Manager and DGM Operations. In 2018, they joined Sanjeev Auto-Parts Manufacturers Pvt. Ltd. as VP Operations. Currently, Jitendra is serving as the Head Infrastructure Technical at Tata Trusts since 2020.

Jitendra Tiwari, LSSBB, IPSCM, TQM has an extensive education history. In 1980 to 1993, they attended Rajeshwar Vidyalaya in Mhow and completed their high school education. From 1993 to 1996, they attained a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. Moving forward, they acquired an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2001 to 2005.

In 2010 to 2015, Jitendra pursued a Master's in Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a specialization in Operations Management and Supervision from the Institute of Management Studies in Indore. Following this, they joined the Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya in Indore from 2015 to 2018 to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) with a focus on Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management.

During their Ph.D. program, in 2016, they also obtained an IPSCM (International Purchasing and Supply Chain Management) qualification from IIMM in Mumbai. Additionally, in the same year, they completed a Post Diploma in TQM (Total Quality Management) from NCQM in Mumbai.

Furthermore, Jitendra acquired a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from MSME in 2016. Apart from their formal education, they also completed a Programme on Financial Management from NIFM in Faridabad, although the specific years are not provided.
