Arvind Srivastava

Arvind Srivastava is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in memory design and characterization. At HCLTech since February 2014, Arvind holds the positions of Associate General Manager and Design Manager, leading the development of SRAM memory compilers and providing solutions based on customer requirements. Prior roles include Project Manager at Masamb Electronics Systems, focusing on memory compiler design validations, and at MindTree, where Arvind developed a team of Analog Designers and contributed to various analog IPs. Earlier career experience includes Senior Design Engineer at Microchip Technology, developing the first ROM PIC Micro-controller, and as a member of the design development team at Semiconductor Complex Ltd, overseeing high-performance ASIC design projects. Arvind holds a B.Tech degree from the Institute of Engineering and Technology in Lucknow, obtained between 1993 and 1997.
