Manana Langa

Manana Langa is an experienced compliance professional currently serving as the Head of Compliance for Sanlam Fintech and BrightRock Life Limited since February 2023. Prior to this role, Langa worked at BrightRockZA as the Chief Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance from June 2020 to January 2023. Langa's extensive experience also includes serving as the Executive Head of Governance at MiWay Insurance Limited from January 2011 to December 2019, overseeing various functions including Enterprise Risk Management and Compliance. Langa has held multiple compliance roles at Regent Insurance and Mutual & Federal, and began a legal career as a Candidate Attorney and Paralegal. Langa holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Compliance from the University of Johannesburg and an LLB from the University of Limpopo, complemented by various regulatory qualifications from Moonstone Business School of Excellence.
