Mario Gil

Mario is a Director and his role is to act as the Global Coordinator in Sanne of agency operations.

Prior to joining AgenSynd in January 2018 as the Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Mario worked for over 17 years in the operational areas of several top leading international banks, including the positions of Head of Middle Office & Business Support at HSBC Madrid, and Head of Middle Office & Trade Operations at RBS Madrid.

Mario has a robust knowledge of a wide range of banking products and services, and their related operational practices and applicable regulations, along with a wealth of experience as regards the design, standardisation and implementation of multi-functional operating models, and their subsequent monitoring from the point of view of the performance, the continuous process improvement and the control of operational risk.
