Hongfeng Deng

Hongfeng Deng currently serves as Vice President of Chemistry at Sanofi, overseeing the mRNA Center of Excellence. Prior experience includes roles such as Senior Director and Head of Medicinal Chemistry at Corbus Pharmaceuticals, where significant contributions to drug discovery and candidate selection were made, and Scientific Leader/Discovery Portfolio Manager at GlaxoSmithKline, focusing on DNA Encoded Library Technology and lead optimization for kinase and GPCR programs. Hongfeng Deng has a solid academic foundation, holding a PhD in Medicinal and Natural Products Chemistry from the University of Connecticut, a Master’s degree from Peking Union Medical College, and a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Peking University.
