Denise Dickel

Denise Dickel has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Head of ICF Quality API QC IPC at Sanofi since December 2015, where the focus is on Lean & Performance as a Data Analyst and Expert in the Insulin Campus Frankfurt. Previous roles at Sanofi include Laboratory Head for the QC Bioanalytical HUB, overseeing personnel and project responsibilities for developmental products, as well as acting as a Bioassay Expert. Prior to Sanofi, Denise held the position of Senior Study Director and Lab-Team Coordinator at Harlan Laboratories, Inc., and worked as a Hilfswissenschaftliche Mitarbeiterin at the Biotechnologie Institut Thurgau, supporting PhD students in various laboratory techniques. Denise earned a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Konstanz and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Philipp University of Marburg, along with a qualification as a Biological Technical Assistant from Berufskolleg Olsberg.
