Dominika Kovacs

Dominika Kovacs is an accomplished executive in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors, currently serving as the Head of Adult Vaccine Business Unit at Sanofi since September 2020. Kovacs has extensive experience in vaccine development and commercialization, having previously held the position of Global Franchise Head for Pediatric Vaccines at Takeda, where leadership roles included Country Manager for Romania and Portugal. With a strong background in strategic planning, operational excellence, and research and development transformation, Kovacs has also held significant roles at GSK, Novartis, Amgen, Johnson & Johnson, and Procter & Gamble. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from McMaster University and an MBA in Finance from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
