Lina Fakhoury

Lina Fakhoury is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at InterLica since March 2022, Fakhoury has been with Sanofi since January 1995, holding various high-level positions including Head of Business Operations for the Eurasia Middle East Region and Head of the Middle East for the Vaccine GBU. Fakhoury's career at Sanofi also includes the role of General Manager for the Near East region, where responsibilities encompassed Iraq, Syria, Lebanon, and Jordan, as well as leading operations in Cyprus, Lebanon, Jordan, and Syria. Fakhoury holds a Master's Degree in Toxicology from Université de Lyon and a Doctor of Pharmacy from Lebanese University.
