Małgorzata Pujszo

Małgorzata Pujszo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and Agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Scrum Master at Sanoma Learning, Małgorzata previously held the role of Scrum Master and Team Leader at Craftware, where responsibilities included coaching teams, implementing SAFe frameworks, and managing large-scale projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Before that, Małgorzata was a Project Manager, Head of Production, and Team Leader at Deloitte Digital CE, focusing on resource planning, process optimization, and project compliance for high-profile clients. Małgorzata's career also includes positions at Digital One and evangelist::dotmatik, alongside earlier work as a Head-Hunter at mBank. Academically, Małgorzata holds a Post-Graduate degree in Film and TV Production Organization from Lodz Film School, a Bachelor's in European Studies, and a Master's degree in Sociology from the University of Lodz.
