Mario Costa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology management and project leadership. Currently serving as the Regional Tech. Service Manager and Head of IT House at Sanoma Learning since February 2022, Mario reports directly to the CTO and Managing Director for the region. Prior experience includes roles such as Project Manager and Scrum Master at Capgemini Engineering, where management of diagnostic and predictive maintenance for military aircraft was a focus. Other key positions include Service Manager at UST GLOBAL, Senior Customer Service Manager at Qvantel, and Project Manager IT at Tata Consultancy Services, among others. Mario holds a Grado en Informática from Universidad Católica de Ávila and an Ingeniería Técnica en Telecomunicaciones from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
