Szymon Trzepla

Szymon Trzepla is a seasoned UX professional with extensive experience in design and research across various sectors, particularly in education and finance. Currently serving as the UX Team Lead at Sanoma Learning, Szymon supports digital products throughout their life cycles. Additionally, as a UX Design Coach at the Software Development Academy and a lecturer at Hyper Island, Szymon imparts knowledge on UX principles and practices. Szymon co-founded Quale - UX Research & Design, emphasizing evidence-based design, and co-hosts the UX po Godzinach podcast. Previous roles include positions at Alior Bank, Booste, Aon Hewitt, and Radiofonia 100,5 FM, complemented by academic credentials in User Experience Design and Cognitive Science from Loughborough University and Jagiellonian University, respectively.
