Claudia Farini

Claudia Farini has extensive experience in human resources management. Claudia currently serves as the VP of Human Resources for Sanoma in Italy and Germany. Prior to that, they held the position of Vice President Human Resources for Italy and DACH (Germany, Austria & Switzerland) at Pearson Italia. Before joining Pearson Italia, Claudia was the HR Director at Bravofly and Casa.it, where they were responsible for various HR functions such as performance management, internal relations, and implementing new policies and procedures. Claudia also held the role of HR Manager at Fila Europe S.p.A. and Honeywell Security S.p.A., where they oversaw recruiting, employee relations, and organizational development. Throughout their career, Claudia has demonstrated proficiency in managing labor issues, implementing HR software, and developing employee benefits and compensation strategies.

Claudia Farini obtained a Diploma in Classic Studies from Liceo Classico - C. Beccaria in the years 1988 to 1992. Later, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore from 1993 to 1998. In 2003 to 2004, Claudia completed a Master's degree in Human Resources & Organizational Management from SDA Bocconi. During the same period, they also had a presence at Honeywell, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.
