Meagan Dumsha

Meagan Dumsha has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Meagan started their career as a Marketing Intern at South Moon Under in 2010. Later, they worked as a Recruiter II- Healthcare and Professional Services at Aerotek Scientific from 2011 to 2013. In this role, they focused on recruiting technical professionals in various sectors. Meagan then joined CliftonLarsonAllen as an HR Corporate Recruiter from 2013 to 2014, where they reviewed resumes, conducted phone screens, and actively sourced candidates. Meagan then worked at NewDay USA as a Corporate Recruiter from 2015 to 2017. Currently, they are working at US Pharmacopeia, where they started as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in 2018. Meagan has since been promoted to Senior Talent Acquisition Partner and currently serves as the Lead Talent Acquisition Partner. In their current role, Meagan focuses on attracting, screening, and hiring professionals with backgrounds in diverse fields such as science, industry, legal, strategic marketing, and program operations.

Meagan Dumsha obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing from Salisbury University's Perdue School of Business, graduating in 2011. Meagan also holds additional certifications in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, Project Management Starts with Laying Good Ground Rules, and Learning Program Management, received from LinkedIn in 2020, 2019, and 2019 respectively.
