Alasdair Thong

Alasdair Thong has a long and varied work experience in the field of life sciences and healthcare. In 2019, they became a Founding Partner at Selvedge Venture, a Venture Capital management and advisory firm. In 2020, they took on roles as Business and Corporate Development at BIOS Health Ltd, Venture Partner at Mubadala Capital, and Venture Partner at Ada Ventures. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of Multiomic Health, Board Observer of PharmaCCX, Investor/Advisor of Avro Life Science, Investor/Advisor of Ochre Bio, Investor/Advisor of Exogene Ltd., and Non Executive Director and Founding Advisor of Sanome.

Alasdair Thong completed a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) in Bioscience Enterprise at the University of Cambridge, a BA (Hons) in Law and Chinese at SOAS University of London, Chinese Language at Beijing Normal University and Fudan University, and attended Eton College.
