Rudra Bhattacharya

Rudra Bhattacharya has a diverse work experience spanning over several prestigious companies in the medical field. Rudra is currently the National Business Development Head at Sanrai Med India since May 2022. Prior to that, they were the Deputy General Manager Business Operation at Apollo Hospitals from June 2021 to May 2022. Rudra also served as a Regional Sales Manager at Avanos Medical from October 2017 to May 2021 and as an Area Sales Manager at Medtronic from December 2015 to September 2017. Before that, they held the role of Business Manager at Terumo BCT from October 2012 to November 2015. Rudra also gained valuable experience as a Product Specialist at Eli Lilly and Co. from August 2010 to September 2012, as a Clinical Specialist at Nestlé from December 2006 to November 2008, and as a Territory Sales Manager at Novartis from September 2004 to November 2006. Throughout their career, Rudra has achieved notable successes, including tripled installation base and doubled consumables volume for Terumo BCT in the second year of its launch.

Rudra Bhattacharya has a diverse educational background. In 2000, they enrolled at Burdwan University in Burdwan and obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy (BPharm) degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences in 2004. Following this, in 2008, they pursued a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Biotechnology at Bengal College of Engineering and Technology 125, which they completed in 2010.

Rudra continued to enhance their skills and knowledge through additional courses. In 2017, they attended the Institute of Advanced Training and Development (IATD), where they completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Corporate Training, focusing on Workforce Development and Training. During the same year, they also acquired expertise in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) through a course offered by IATD.

In 2020, Rudra Bhattacharya further expanded their knowledge by enrolling in an Executive Management Development Program (eMDP) in Strategic Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode. Lastly, in 2021, they pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, General, at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, completing the Advanced General Management Program (AGMP) in 2022.
