Joel Mallevialle

Joel Mallevialle possesses extensive experience in water management and environmental services, demonstrated by current roles as a Member of Distinguished Fellows at the International Water Association and as a member of the Accadémie de l'eau. Mallevialle serves as Vice President of the SIAEP du Gaillacois and holds a position as Deputy Mayor of Roquemaure. Additional experience includes Vice President of the SIAEP du Rabastinois and a prior role as Vice President for Economic Development and Employment at the Communauté de communes du Rabastinois. With a strong consultancy background for NGO 1001fontaines and leadership positions at ONDEO de Puerto Rico and Agua Argentinas, Mallevialle has established expertise in technical direction and water and sanitation management. Educational credentials include a Doctorate in Engineering from INSA Toulouse, earned in 1974.
