Kaliprasad Rambhatla has a diverse work experience in the human resources and operations field. Kaliprasad started their career in 2006 at cyberThink Inc as a Manager-Employee Relations, where they handled employee queries, HR issues, policy interpretation, and maintained HR policies and procedures. In 2019, they joined XDuce as an Associate Director, where they provided software development, system integration, and staffing services to major corporations. Currently, Kaliprasad holds the position of Director-US Human Resources & Operations at XDuce and SANS Consulting Services, Inc., where they are responsible for managing HR functions and operations. SANS is a well-known IT staffing and consulting services provider with a strong reputation for excellence and ethical business practices.

Kaliprasad Rambhatla completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education. Kaliprasad attended the university from 2013 to 2015.
