Farah Al Aina is a seasoned professional in client success and project management, currently serving as a Senior Client Success Manager at SANS Institute since August 2022, focusing on enhancing customer experience and internal team dynamics. Previously, Farah worked at Investera from November 2019 to April 2022 as a Customer Success Manager and Solutions Consultant, managing new client projects and ensuring key performance indicators are met. Prior experience includes positions at Etisalat UAE in vendor and contract management as a Senior Engineer and as a Presales Solutions Engineer, alongside roles at ZADCO and EBTIC early in the career.
