Jason Mansfield

Jason Mansfield is a highly experienced software engineer with a focus on building scalable event-driven and RESTful web applications. Currently serving as the Lead Software Engineer at SANS Institute since January 2022, Jason is responsible for backend service design and development, utilizing technologies such as NestJS and AWS services. Prior experience includes a lengthy tenure at Ellucian, where Jason progressed from Software Developer to Senior Software Engineer, specializing in C#/.NET applications within the MVC4 framework. Earlier roles at Datatel+SGHE and Datatel involved quality assurance analysis, where Jason excelled in developing comprehensive testing strategies for ERP systems, receiving multiple awards for exceptional contributions to quality assurance and project team excellence. Jason holds a B.S. in Computer Information Systems from Baldwin Wallace University.
