Jeffrey A. Shearer

Jeffrey A. Shearer, CISSP, PMP, serves as an IANS Research Faculty Member, advising clients on cybersecurity topics related to Industrial Control Systems (ICS) since September 2023. As an Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant and Certified Instructor for the SANS Institute since January 2018, Jeffrey also contributes as a NetWars Developer. From January 2018 to January 2023, Jeffrey held the position of Chief Automation Officer at Morris & Associates, Inc., where leadership focused on automation technology and customer connectivity initiatives. Prior experience at Rockwell Automation spans from 1994 to 2017, with roles including Security Architect and Principal Security Consultant, emphasizing network and security solutions for SCADA, manufacturing, and real-time control systems, as well as management of significant customer portfolios.
