Nicole Rotyliano has a strong background in project management, particularly in the field of LED display installations. Nicole has successfully managed over 20 projects across North America, Europe, and Asia, including major markets such as NYC, LA, San Francisco, and London. Nicole serves as the main point of contact for all project stakeholders and develops project management plans utilizing both predictive and adaptive approaches.

Prior to their role as a project manager, Nicole gained experience as an Optical Engineer Intern at Thorlabs. Nicole was responsible for designing optical parts and updating existing manufacturing drawings. Additionally, they designed and built a custom Ultraviolet LED Curing Box and conducted analysis studies on the performance of in-house Axicon lenses compared to competitor's products.

Nicole's work experience also includes a role as an Electrical Engineering Student Researcher at Villanova University. During this time, they independently conducted experiments and performed analysis measurements on a Sealed Lead Acid Battery, with a focus on determining its life cycle and creating an equivalent circuit model using impedance measurements.

Nicole Rotyliano obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Villanova University, where they studied from 2013 to 2017. Additionally, they obtained the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in June 2022.
