Tim Sansone is a licensed real estate broker in Missouri, Texas, Illinois and Indiana. He is a member of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and serves on the Board of Directors of the St. Louis Regional Chamber and Growth Association (RCGA).

Tim received his B.S.B.A. degree from the Olin School of Business at Washington University in 1988 and received his Masters of Finance degree from St. Louis University in 1992.

Tim is a member of the Midwest Real Estate News Advisory Board, member of the Advisory Board of Directors at First Bank, member of the Board of Directors at Royal Banks of Missouri, and past president of Kids Under Twenty-One. Tim is a member of Immacolata Catholic Church where he served as chairman of the Forward in Faith Capital Campaign which raised over $4 million for church and parish improvements.

Tim is currently on the Board of Trustees for the Roman Catholic Foundation of Eastern Missouri and the St. Agnes Home Advisory Board. Tim also served on the fundraising committee for Forest Park Forever, the Annual Catholic Appeal fundraiser for the Archdiocese of St. Louis and as vice chair of the campaign for the restoration of the St. Louis Old Cathedral.
