Yi Zhang

Yi Zhang currently serves as the Deputy Director of Corporate Strategy and Development at Sansure Biotech Inc., focusing on the identification, evaluation, and development of new business opportunities in the healthcare industry since August 2022. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Research Scientist at 北京齐碳科技有限公司, where breakthroughs in nanopore sequencing chemistry were established, and as Chief Researcher at 北京康明百奥新药研发有限公司, specializing in single-cell imaging and sequencing technologies for antibody drug development. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Biophysics from Peking University, with research on microfluidics and aging, complemented by postdoctoral fellowships at the Max Planck Institute for Biochemistry and Peking University, as well as a visiting scholar position at UCSF.
