Roland Andrade

Roland Andrade has over two decades of experience in law enforcement, currently serving as Police Commander at Santa Ana Police Department since September 2004. Previous roles at the same department include Police Sergeant, Police Corporal, Police Detective, and Police Officer. Prior experience includes serving as a Deputy Sheriff with the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department from July 2000 to September 2004. Roland holds a Master of Science in Emergency Services Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Studies: Vocational Arts, both obtained from California State University, Long Beach, as well as an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts from East Los Angeles College.
