Ed Morales possesses extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as a Department Manager and Sommelier at Jetro Restaurant Depot since September 2019. Additionally, Ed has held positions as Sommelier and Mixologist at the Hyatt Regency since 2015, as well as a similar role at Santa Anita Park's Executive Suites. Previous roles include Manager and Sommelier at Avila's El Ranchito, a Sommelier at The Langham Hotels and Resorts, and managerial positions at The Lab Gastropub at USC and Ruth's Chris Steak House. Ed began a career at The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC, where responsibilities included bartending and culinary duties. Ed is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College and holds a Level 1 Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers.
