Miles McAllister

Miles McAllister is an accomplished trumpet player with extensive experience in diverse musical settings. Currently, Miles performs with Presidio Brass and the Disneyland Band while also serving as the Principal Trumpet for the American Youth Symphony and the 3rd Trumpet for the Santa Barbara Symphony. Previous roles include lead trumpet player for Carnival Cruise Lines and performing as a Toy Soldier in Disneyland's "A Christmas Fantasy" parade. As a freelance musician and private instructor, Miles has played in various genres and ensembles, showcasing versatility in orchestras, chamber groups, big bands, and musical theater. Miles holds a Master’s Degree in Trumpet Performance from California State University, Fullerton, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Trumpet Performance from the University of Redlands.
